- Items must be returned within 14 days from when it was delivered and be unworn/unwashed with no stains or damages. All tags must be attached. Any item received that does not meet the criteria will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
- Please include the original invoice in your return package.
- Store Credit is only for the item(s) purchased and does not include shipping costs.
- Store Credit will be issued within 3-5 business days once your return is received and processed.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you with your store credit that can be used on our website. Your store credit does not expire.
- Sale Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit.
- If you have received a damaged item, please email us within 3 days at email@example.com , so we can fix this issue as soon as possible.
